1. Create a workout routine . Have the routine to included problem areas that you would like to slim down / tone .
2. Drink plenty of water . Carry a water bottle around so its a metabolism boots && keeps you hydrated if your planning to go to the gym , going jogging, or just a high level activity .
3. Choose healthy foods && start to look at labels && see how many calories it contains . I recommend don't eat anything above 165 calories . && If your serious about loosing wait got the App store on your iphone && get the app " MyFitnessPal " Its much easier to track your calorie intake && recommend how many calories you should eat .
